How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Most San Diego homes do well on a twice-yearly schedule — once in spring after the rains, once in fall before the holidays. Homes near the coast, in canyons, or under heavy tree cover benefit from quarterly service. Homes on irrigation-heavy lots with sprinkler overspray on the glass often need monthly attention on the affected windows.
Do you clean windows inside as well as outside?
Yes. Our standard residential service is inside and out, with screens pulled and washed and tracks vacuumed. We'll quote outside-only if that's all you want, but the inside is where the film from cooking, dust, and fingerprints accumulates — skipping it usually isn't worth the small savings.
Will you move furniture and blinds out of the way?
We lift and shift anything reasonable to reach the window, lay a clean drop cloth on the floor, and put everything back where we found it. If you've got furniture so heavy it needs two people, we'll work around it or ask you to help us shift it safely.
What if it rains the week after I book?
A properly cleaned window beats a lightly rained-on one every time. Rain falls on clean glass and rinses mostly clear. Rain falls on dirty glass and forms the streaks you're trying to avoid. If a full storm hits within 48 hours and the result is visibly spotted, let us know and we'll come back.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
You don't have to be home for exterior-only work — we'll text when we're done. Interior work does need access; you're welcome to go about your day while we work room by room. Our team is background-checked, uniformed, and insured.
