Yes. Our commercial routes run early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed. For offices we can bundle with your janitorial schedule so one vendor handles both. For restaurants we usually clean between close and opening prep.
Are you insured for commercial work?
Fully. $2M general liability, workers comp on every employee, and bonded. We carry a certificate of insurance (COI) for every commercial property manager and can name you as additional insured on request.
Do you offer route pricing or frequency discounts?
Weekly and biweekly routes run 20–30% below one-time pricing because the glass stays in better condition and each visit takes less time. Monthly routes run 10–15% below one-time. We price the first visit at a higher one-time rate (deep clean) and then every recurring visit at the route rate.
Can you handle multiple locations?
We service multi-location retail chains, dental and medical groups, and multi-property owners across the county. One contract, one point of contact, consolidated invoicing monthly. We'll build a route that hits each location on the day that works for your operations.
What about high windows we cannot reach?
Up to four stories we reach from the ground with a carbon-fiber water-fed pole — no ladders, no scaffolding, no interior disruption. Above four stories we bring in our rope-access partner. Either way we quote flat rate so you know the number before work starts.
