Maintenance plans. Same tech, same day, lower price.
The hardest part of keeping clean windows isn't the cleaning — it's remembering to schedule it. Our maintenance plans set a recurring date, assign the same technician, and run 15–30% below one-time pricing. You get clean windows year-round without thinking about it, and your glass lasts longer because hard-water spots never get the chance to bond.

What do homeowners ask about Maintenance Plans?
What frequency makes the most sense for my home?
Coastal homes (within 1 mile of the ocean): quarterly is the sweet spot. Canyon and heavily-treed homes: quarterly. Standard inland homes: biannual (spring and fall). Homes with irrigation overspray or pool overspray on visible windows: monthly on the affected elevation, biannual on the rest. We'll walk the property and make a recommendation before you commit.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Our plans are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time with no penalty. The pricing structure gives you the route-rate discount from visit one, which is unusual — most competitors lock in a contract before honoring route rates. We don't.
Will it be the same technician every time?
That's the goal. Our route structure assigns the same tech to the same home every visit unless someone is out sick or on vacation. Familiarity means they already know which windows are tricky, where the sprinkler hits, and where you keep the gate key.
What if I need to skip a visit?
Skip it. Reschedule up to 48 hours before with no penalty. We'll pick up on the next scheduled visit. Some plan clients skip the winter visits and run spring-summer-fall only — that's fine.
Is there a plan for commercial properties?
Yes. Commercial plans range from weekly storefront routes to quarterly office routes to annual curtain-wall cleans. Commercial plans include consolidated invoicing, COI on file, and property-manager-friendly reporting. Contact us for a route survey and quote.

Homeowners who hired us for this
Quarterly plan since last summer. Same tech every visit, knows our house, texts before he comes. Windows always perfect, and honestly the screens and tracks are the real difference — other companies skip those.
We had years of sprinkler spots on the south side of the house. Two other companies said they could not remove them. Shine Pro brought specific chemistry, polished them out in an afternoon, and showed me which sprinkler head was the culprit. Glass looks new.
Our production app was showing below last year. Had them clean the panels plus our windows in the same visit. Production bounced back within a week. Bundled price was better than getting the two services separately.
