High-rise and multi-story window cleaning without drama.
Four-story commercial buildings, three-story coastal homes, steep two-story canyon builds — all handled from the ground with a carbon-fiber water-fed pole system that reaches up to 45 feet with deionized water. Taller than that, we bring in a licensed rope-access partner. Either way you get a fully insured, coordinated job with one invoice.

What do homeowners ask about High-Rise?
How tall can you actually reach without a lift or ropes?
45 feet with our carbon-fiber pole, which covers four residential stories and most commercial stories up to the fourth floor. Above that we bring in a rope-access partner. We avoid ladders above two stories — they're the single most dangerous tool in this trade.
Isn't the water-fed pole less effective than squeegee?
On interior glass, squeegee wins. On exterior glass, water-fed pole with deionized water wins for everything above single-story — it's actually cleaner (no soap residue, no streaks), far safer (no ladder), and much faster on large buildings. Commercial operators have used this method for 30 years.
Are you insured for high work?
Fully. $2M general liability, workers comp on every employee, and our rope-access partner carries $5M with IRATA/SPRAT certification on the technician. We provide a COI for every commercial client and can name you as additional insured.
Do you clean HOA and condo buildings?
Yes. We run quarterly and semi-annual routes for multiple HOAs and property management companies in San Diego. One point of contact, scheduled resident notifications, consolidated monthly invoicing, and annual rate review.
What about windows that do not open — can you clean the inside?
For inoperable upper-story windows we reach with interior extension poles and rolling scaffolding when needed. On a high-ceiling atrium we may coordinate with a lift rental. All of this gets estimated during the site survey before you commit to the work.

Homeowners who hired us for this
Quarterly plan since last summer. Same tech every visit, knows our house, texts before he comes. Windows always perfect, and honestly the screens and tracks are the real difference — other companies skip those.
We had years of sprinkler spots on the south side of the house. Two other companies said they could not remove them. Shine Pro brought specific chemistry, polished them out in an afternoon, and showed me which sprinkler head was the culprit. Glass looks new.
Our production app was showing below last year. Had them clean the panels plus our windows in the same visit. Production bounced back within a week. Bundled price was better than getting the two services separately.
